All the Products sold on Platform are governed by different state laws and if we unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, We will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by us from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You.
Refund process
1. Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2/3 days and initiate refund. it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.
2. Refunds are only applicable in case of a defective product received.
3. Refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with our refund policy, once we receive the item then we will be refund.
4. If you cancelled the order before shipment, we would start the refund almost immediately. Incase you cancelled the order after shipment, it might take upto 6 days to initiate the refund.Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.
