You dont need to pay extra for shipping. Its definitely free by us in all over India.There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Themobiletown. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Themobiletown understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, safe and secure and always on time we promise in our website.
Each and every order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple order.
Approximated delivery time for India
We will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Themobiletown generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Normally a product is deliver in 4 - 10 working days. When we ship a item you will get a mail with the courier company name and the tracking number for the same. You can track your product online on the respective courier company’s website. You can always contact us if you find a delay in the delivery of an item our customer care executive will help you regarding the same.

Themobiletown.com ships products internationally with FedEx and DHL. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees are depending on the delivery address for your order.
1. Normally a product is delivered in 10 - 30 working days for out of India location.
2. If customer agreed to pay additional 40$ Usd shipping charges so we can deliver In 10 working days.

Please do note that we ship all orders through FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Aramex and DHL All Professional and Overnight courier Service. In case of no service we dispatch your orders via Indian Postal Service which is also trackable.
Return the courier
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a mail/call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Buyer needs to raise the replacement/return request within the return period applicable to the respective product. Once Buyer has raised a replacement request by contacting Us on the Toll Free Number provided on the Platform. Once the replacement request has been raised, the following steps shall be followed:
Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:
1.Shipping was damaged
2.Item was defective
3. Item Dead on Arrival
4. Items were missing
5. Wrong item sent
Replacement
Replacement is the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the item, reason being Damaged in shipping, Defective item, Items missing, wrong item shipped etc.
Self-Ship
You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities.
1 . Declaration of item details, value and return reason place it inside the return package.
2 . A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned place it inside the return package.
3 . If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address (Generated in the Returns policy) and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.
Death on arrival
When the Box of the packaging feels moist, is repackaged, or shows dents, you can refuse the delivery. It will ship back to us and we ship you a new order.
When you (buyer) get the package, if you find the item is damaged (cracked) in appearance, immediately contact the courier and us. If the item does not work (DOA), And do not trying to modified parts and do not remove lamination/warranty guard.
If you accepted the delivery Check the packaging.
1.If it was damaged when you received it, take pictures of all the visible damages.
2.Notify immediately preferably on Delivery.
3.Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative.
4.Email us The photos of original package with front and back sides as a proof and The photos or video of the defective item.
